01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the fb89 website accessible at fb89.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, tools, and services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the fb89 Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the fb89 Platform and is using any of its services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and bonus credits held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or other incentive awarded by fb89 to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Players to submit valid government-issued identification before withdrawals are authorised.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the fb89 Platform is restricted under applicable law or fb89 policy.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the fb89 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fb89 operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of fb89 or any of its technology or gaming providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the fb89 Platform for any reason.

03 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the fb89 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number as registered with your Bangladeshi mobile banking provider. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times. fb89 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

fb89 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accepted registrations are subject to ongoing KYC verification. Until KYC verification is completed, fb89 may impose restrictions on withdrawals and certain platform features.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access your Account.

fb89 strongly recommends that Players enable two-factor SMS authentication, which is available free of charge from within the Account security settings. Players are advised to use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.

fb89 will not be held liable for any losses, unauthorised bets, or financial damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fb89 immediately at [email protected]. Upon receiving such a report, fb89 will suspend the affected Account pending investigation.

fb89 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform transactions and data transfers. However, you acknowledge that no online security system is entirely infallible, and you accept the inherent security risks associated with internet-based services.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

fb89 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. fb89 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable method's minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds. The standard processing time for withdrawals via bKash and Nagad is 15 to 30 minutes from the time of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification.
• fb89 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or potentially associated with fraudulent activity.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• fb89 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
• Any attempt to conduct a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit will result in the immediate suspension of the Player's Account and referral to the relevant payment provider's fraud team.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

fb89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, BPL and IPL season specials, Eid and Pohela Boishakh promotional offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

General conditions applicable to all fb89 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated.
• fb89 does not retroactively amend the wagering requirements or expiry date of a bonus once it has been accepted and credited to a Player's Account.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the stated wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• fb89 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms prospectively, or cancel an unaccepted promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to match betting, arbitrage using bonus funds, multi-accounting, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the application of a bonus, fb89's decision, reached after a fair internal review, shall be final.

07 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and outright betting activity on the fb89 Platform. Specific sport-by-sport rules are published in the fb89 Sportsbook Rules document, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• All bets are placed in BDT. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to the settlement rules of the relevant market.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the fb89 system and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player except where the fb89 Cash Out feature is available and the Player exercises it in accordance with its terms.
• fb89 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds — and to correct such errors retroactively. Players will be notified of any void and their stake returned in full.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended without notice during live events. Any bet submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and not settled.
• fb89 imposes maximum stake and maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed within each market and vary by sport, event type, and Player account tier.
• Match result bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series) are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a no result or abandoned match, stakes are returned in full unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

08 Casino Games

The fb89 Casino offers a range of games including live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game show variants) supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and a slots library of over 1,500 titles from providers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. All casino games available on the fb89 Platform use certified random number generation and are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) percentages published by the respective game providers.

fb89 does not operate the casino games directly — they are supplied under licence by third-party software providers. In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or game error during a casino session, the round will be voided and the player's stake returned. fb89 will not honour any purported winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game or software error.

• The minimum bet per casino game round is ৳100 unless otherwise specified within the game interface.
• Casino games may not be available during scheduled maintenance windows. fb89 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to the jackpot rules of the supplying game provider. fb89 is not responsible for jackpot contribution rates, jackpot seed values, or the timing of jackpot triggers.
• Live casino table capacity limits may apply during peak periods. Where a table is full, Players will be offered a seat at an available equivalent table.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the fb89 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to make deposits.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on privileged non-public information regarding the outcome of any event.
• Colluding with other Players in card games, live casino, or any other competitive game format.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the fb89 Platform for any purpose related to criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fb89 support staff or other Players.

10 Responsible Gaming

fb89 is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a suite of player protection tools that every registered Player may access at any time from within their Account settings.

Available responsible gaming tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion. Deposit limit reductions and self-exclusions take effect immediately upon request. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

11 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

1. Reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from fb89.
2. Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.
3. Use any fb89 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any commercial context without authorisation.
4. Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of fb89 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fb89 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of the fb89 Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

fb89's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits fb89's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by fb89's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The fb89 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fb89 takes reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability, fb89 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on their own devices.

13 Amendments

fb89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantively changes Players' rights or obligations — fb89 will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or additions of new definitions) may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

Your continued use of the fb89 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and the withdrawal of your remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of online gaming law as applied to services provided to players based in Bangladesh.

fb89 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and SSL-encrypted security. fb89 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any bet.

Any dispute between a Player and fb89 that cannot be resolved informally through the fb89 customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. fb89 commits to engaging in good faith dispute resolution in all cases.
